Scope

The first step is defining the scope. This includes identifying all customer touchpoints and those that should be optimized by CSC.
Analysis

In a second step, a top-down approach is used
- to select the right KPIs for your CX at each CTP
- ensure measurement and
- define goals together.
Integration

In the integration step, we'll work together to plan the level of integration of CSC into your company structure. This could include anything from a dedicated sales team to an interim COO.
Service Level

As part of capacity planning, we can guarantee you the perfect service level. Necessary, but not sufficient.

Our founders

CSC was founded in 2024 by Frank Riecke and Andy Schreiter. Both have impressive track records in the cruise and tourism industries. They share the same belief that long-term success is only possible through values-based action and a passion for the same football club.

Your tasks:
- Advising and supporting our customers via email and telephone
- Sales of cruises and additional services
- Creating optimal travel plans according to customer wishes
- Processing travel bookings
- After-sales support for our customers

Are you a born salesperson and multilingual? Do you love marketing outstanding services? Do you have a strong network in the cruise and/or tourism industry? Great!
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for acquiring, expanding, and maintaining our business customer relationships.
- Your core activity is acquiring new customers.
- An important part of your responsibilities is creating offers and actively following up.
- You document the conversations held in our system and are jointly responsible for maintaining the data.
- Together with the management, you will be the interface and contact person for our customers' needs.
